open to all legal residents currently residing in the 50 United States (including D.C.) who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry.
HOW TO PLAY ROCK PAPER SKITTLES AND EARN ENTRIES: You can play the Rock Paper Skittles game (the “Game” ) by using your Webcam and holding up your selected Skittles® Original Candies flavor, OR if you don’t have a Webcam or any Skittles Original Candies you can select a Skittles Original Candies flavor from the online menu. The Webcam will only detect the colors from the Skittles® Originals Candies (Strawberry [Red], Green Apple or Lime [Green], Grape [Purple], Lemon [Yellow] and Orange [Orange]). Once a flavor is selected, your match will begin and you will be randomly assigned an opponent (either another player or the computer). The goal is to defeat your opponent’s chosen Skittle Candies flavor. The winner of each match is determined as follows:
For each match you win, you will earn one (1) entry into the prize drawing. You can play up to twelve (12) matches each day. In the event you and your opponent have a tie, it will be considered a draw and you will not receive an entry into the prize drawing. A tied match will use up one of the player’s twelve matches and no additional matches will be given to make up for the tie. If a participant attempts to play more than their allotted twelve (12) matches a day by using different e-mail addresses or via other unauthorized means, such participant will be disqualified and all their entries will be void
PRIZE DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 6/10/13, from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. On or about 6/12/13, potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by mail and/or phone at the address/number provided upon registration. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected,
PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Skittles-encrusted Rock, Paper, Skittles
Championship belt and $50,000 in the form of a check made payable to the winner, or to winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF GRAND PRIZE: $50,200. FIRST PRIZES (250): Two hundred and fifty (250) First Prize winners will each receive a Rock, Paper, Skittles kit including one (1) Single-Serve package of Skittles® Candies Original, two (2) Skittles-branded sweatbands, and one (1) plastic trophy. ARV OF EACH FIRST PRIZE: $38.00. SECOND PRIZES (3,000): Three thousand (3,000) Second Prize winners will each receive a coupon redeemable for one single-serve package of Skittles® Candies. ARV OF EACH SECOND PRIZE: $1.89. Limit: One (1) prize per person
