open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least seventeen (17) years old at the time of entry.
How to Enter
The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET) March 11 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET March 18, 2013. To enter the sweepstakes:
To enter via your Xbox 360, you must have access to an Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system and be an Xbox LIVE Gold or Free member in good standing. Please be sure that your Xbox LIVE gamer profile information including e-mail address, mailing address and phone is correct and current.
To Enter via mail: To enter without taking one of the available Sweepstakes actions or using an Xbox 360™, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and age on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it with proper postage to "Madden Cover Vote Play and Win Sweepstakes," c/o ePrize, Inc., PO BOX 5046, Kalamazoo MI 49003-5046. Upon receipt of your mail-in entry, you will gain one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 18, 2013 and received by March 23, 2013.
Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to round one of the 2013 NFL Draft. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY departing for New York on April 23, 2013; three (3) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) VIP passes to the Madden Cover Reveal event on April 24, 2013 (terms and conditions of passes apply); two (2) passes to round one of the 2013 NFL Draft on April 25, 2013 (terms and conditions of passes apply); and a $200 NFL Gift Card ("ARV"): $3,000
Limit: Each participant may gain twenty (20) entries into the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
