Universal City Studios Jurassic Park 3D Sweepstakes & IWG ~ 4/15/13

Jurassic Park 3D Sweepstakes & Instant Win Game begins at 09:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1, 2013, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on April 15, 2013.

Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 13 years of age and older.

There are two (2) ways to receive an entry and play the Instant Win Game in the Promotion via a Text Message method and via an Online Method as detailed below. In addition there are two (2) ways to receive “Bonus Entries” as detailed below.

(1) How to Enter and Play Via the Text Message Method: Find a code on specially-marked posters featuring Jurassic Park 3D at participating Universal Studios Parks (“Code”). During the Promotion Period, using a text-messaging enabled wireless device, text the code, JP3D to 834567 (UFILMS). Once you successfully send the text message, you will receive a reply to click on a link that will direct you to the following website www.JurassicParkSweeps.com. Follow the link and as prompted, enter your first name, last name, email address and birthdate, then click “Enter Jurassic Park” to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion. Upon clicking “Enter Jurassic Park” you will be brought to another page where you will see if you are an instant winner. If you see a message saying “Congratulations! You’re an Instant Winner! You have won 2 tickets to Jurassic Park 3D,” you are the winner of the prize listed on the Website. If you receive an instant message saying “Sorry, you are not an instant winner,” you are not the winner of the Instant Win prize.

(2) How to Enter and Play Via the Online Method: To enter online, visit www.JurassicParkSweeps.com during the Promotion Period. Once there, complete the online official entry form by providing your first name, last name, email address and birthdate, then click “Enter Jurassic Park” to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion. Upon clicking the “Enter Jurassic Park” button, you will be brought to another page where you will see if you are an instant winner. If you see a message saying “Congratulations! You’re an Instant Winner! You have won 2 tickets to Jurassic Park 3D,” you are the winner of the prize listed on the Website. If you receive an instant message saying “Sorry, you are not an instant winner,” you are not the winner of the Instant Win prize.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY AND PLAY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS PER DAY, regardless of the method of entry.

Bonus Entries: There are two (2) ways to receive an additional two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion; by Sharing the Promotion via Facebook or Twitter and by a mail-in entry as detailed below. How to Earn Bonus Entries by Sharing: share the Promotion through Facebook or Twitter with a friend during the Promotion Period and you will automatically receive two (2) additional entries into the Sweepstakes random drawing. How to Earn Bonus Entries by Mail-in. Complete a bonus entry form by hand printing your actual name and email address, telephone number and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card, in an envelope and deposit in the U.S. mail to Universal City Studios’ Jurassic Park 3D Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game, c/o Brandmovers, P.O. Box 94079, Atlanta, GA, 30377. Bonus Entry forms must be legible and completed in full to be valid. Machine duplicated or reproduced entries will not be accepted. Only one individual’s name may be on each entry form and only one entry form per envelope (collectively, the “Mail-In Bonus Entry”). Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, postage-due mail or human or other error that may occur in the receipt or processing of Mail-In Bonus Entries. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries must be postmarked by April 15th, 2013. Limit two (2) Bonus Entries per day per person regardless of method(s) of earning.

One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be chosen from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period on or about April 16, 2013, by Administrator, an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Potential winner will be notified by email, and/or via text message at the email address/wireless telephone number provided at time of entry on or about the April 22, 2013.

One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: $1,000.00, awarded in the form of check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $1,000.00.

Fifty (50) Instant Win First Prizes: Fandango code from Fandango.com good for two (2) tickets to Jurassic Park in 3D. ARV: $31.00 each. Limit one (1) Instant Win prize per person/email address during the entire Promotion Period.

HOW TO CLAIM INSTANT WIN PRIZE: To claim an Instant Win prize, immediately upon receiving your winning instant message as set forth in Rule #2 above, a unique code will appear as part of the Instant Win winning message (“Instant Win Code”). Upon receiving your Instant Win Code, visit www.fandango.com to redeem your Instant Win prize by providing the Instant Win Code upon purchasing your two (2) tickets to Jurassic Park 3D. All Instant Win prizes must be claimed by 5/31/2013, or prize will be forfeited.

Fandango Code is good for two (2) tickets, up to $15.50 in value per ticket ($31 total value) and will expire on 5/31/2013 or sooner if the film is no longer in theaters. Code is single time use only and both tickets must be purchased together in the same transaction for the same movie and showtime. Only valid for purchases made at www.fandango.com or via a Fandango app for Fandango partner theaters and cannot be redeemed directly at any Fandango partner theater box office or via the 1-800-Fandango voice telephone service. Code has no cash value, may not be combined with any other offers or promotions, will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and is not for resale. If movie tickets with Fandango’s convenience fee included is more than maximum value of the Fandango Code, customer must pay the remaining balance with preferred method of payment. Any price difference between movie tickets purchased and maximum value of the Fandango Code will not be refunded. Fandango is not a sponsor or co-sponsor of this promotion.
