Grand Prize:
The Grand Prize winner ("Winner") will receive one (1) 46-inch SunBrite TV, one (1) SunBrite 46-inch Articulating Wall Mount, one (1) Polk Audio Atrium 8 All-Weather Speaker Set, one (1) Oakland Living Steel Patio Cooler, one (1) 34-inch Wood Burning Fire Pit, and one (1) Thereshold 4-Piece Wicker Patio Conversation Furniture Set. Total Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,765.00. All expenses not expressly stated in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes incurred by winning the Grand Prize. Sponsor will provide the Grand Prize winner with an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the Grand Prize. Winner is responsible for any applicable fees and all insurance, federal, state and local taxes, if any, and incidentals and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize is provided ''as is" and without any warranty of any kind, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
