begins March 7, 2013, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends May 2, 2013, at 11:59:59 PM. ET (the “Entry Period”).

open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“D.C.”), Puerto Rico and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 in AL or NE and 21 in MS).

go to any of the participating Journeys retail locations, and at the “Lease-Line” table select one (1) of the three (3) Coded Vacationland Post Cards. Follow the directions printed on the post card to participate in the Contest and Sweepstakes.
(i) On-Line Post Card with Code Entry: Go to the Sponsor’s Website (www.sperrytopsider.com/journeys ), select a Vacationland post card image and enter the Code that appears on your Journeys post card. Then write an original creative caption that befits your post card’s image. Once the caption is entered, follow the prompts to complete your contact information, which includes: a first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, phone number, email address and store location (the “Submission”). All Participants who enter with an in-store post card Code will receive ten (10) percentage points that are added to the Judges final criteria percentages.
(ii) Mail-in Post Card with Code Entry: Take your selected Journeys Vacationland Post Card and write on the post card an original creative caption and your contact information, which should include a first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, phone number, email address and the store location where you got your post card. All Participants who enter with an in-store post card Code Submission will receive ten (10) percentage points that are added to the Judges final criteria percentages. By entering using the A(ii) entry method, you will be responsible for post card postage.
B) Caption Without Post Card Code Entry Method: Go to the Sponsor’s Website (www.sperrytopsider.com/journeys) and select one (1) of the three Vacationland post card images and enter an original creative caption that befits your selected post card’s image. Once your caption is entered, complete your contact information, which should include a first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, phone number and email address. Participants who enter on-line without a post card code will not receive the ten (10) percentage points.
All Vacationland Caption Submissions must be received by 11:59:59 pm ET May 2, 2013 in order to be entered into the Contest.

LIMIT: Each Participant may enter only one (1) Caption Submission during the Contest Entry Period. If a Participant submits more than one Caption Submission, only the first Submission received


JUDGING CRITERIA: The Vacationland Caption Contest is a skill-based contest, and chance plays no part in the determination of the Grand Prize Finalists. Sponsor will judge all entries to determine three (3) Grand Prize Finalists/Winners, subject to verification of eligibility and based on: (1) Originality and Creativity of caption (35%); (2) Ability to convey relevancy to one of the post card images (35%); (3) Quality of writing (20%); (4) Appearance of a post card code number (10%).

PRIZES:
• Three (3) Grand Prize Contest Winners will each receive a $5000 travel credit to be used with the travel agency designated by Sponsor for the booking of their ultimate vacation. A fifty percent (50%) cash option of a $2,500.00 American Express Gift Card will be offered in lieu of the vacation prize. The Total Grand Prize Pool Value is $15,000.00.

• Fifty-Seven (57) Weekly Second Prize Sweepstakes Winners each will receive a Sperry Top-Sider Shoe Gift Card for a pair of Adult shoes of up to a value of $180. Total Second Prize ARV is $10,260.00.
Total Prize Pool ARV is $25,260.00
