The BIC® Pocket Lighters 40th Birthday Flicktacular Instant Win Game ("Instant Win Game") and Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") are collectively called the ("Promotion"). The Promotion begins March 18, 2013 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends August 5, 2013 11:59:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period"). For the purposes of this Promotion, a "day" shall be defined as 12:00:00 AM ET to 11:59:59 PM ET.

HOW TO ENTER: First, you must obtain a unique code. You can obtain a unique code in two (2) ways: 1) Product Purchase Method: Look for specially marked individual BIC® Pocket Lighters or BIC® Pocket Lighter 5ct. packages for a unique code, while supplies last. You will find the unique code printed either behind the peel off sticker on individual BIC® Pocket Lighters or behind a card inserted in a BIC® Pocket Lighter 5ct package. Or, 2) Non-Purchase Method: Click the designated area on www.facebook.com/BICFlickers to receive a free unique code. A unique code will be emailed to you at the email address you provide. You may request one (1) unique code per person/email address per day. Please check your spam filter after you have requested a free unique code. Sponsor is NOT RESPONSIBLE for e-mails caught in spam filters.

Once you have obtained a unique code by one of these methods, during the Promotion Period, (a) visit the BIC Lighters page on Facebook at www.facebook.com/BICFlickers; (b) click on the 40th Birthday Flicktacular tab; (c) if you have not previously done so, "Like" the page; (d) enter your valid unique code and click the Register To Play button; (d) complete the entry form fully and accurately with all the required information; (f) read and accept the Official Rules; and (g) submit the entry form by hitting the Register to Play button; (h) if you have already registered: enter your valid unique code, click the Unlock The Game button, enter your email address and click the Play Now button. Limit one (1) unique code per person/email address per day. Any unique code can only be used once.

INSTANT WIN GAME: Once you have completed the registration process, you will be taken to the Instant Win Game. Play the Instant Win Game by selecting one of the displayed objects and clicking on the See If I Won button. If you are a winner of an Instant Win Prize, you will receive a winning message with prize award details.

SWEEPSTAKES: By playing the Instant Win Game, you will also automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. You can play the Instant Win Game and enter the Sweepstakes once per person/email address per day; however, you must use a different unique code each day to play and enter.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize:
