Giveaway starts at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on March 19, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 17, 2013. Giveaway will be divided into thirteen (13) Weekly Entry Periods, as outlined in the chart below.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age.

WEEKLY ENTRY PRIZES (1,300) (One hundred (100) per Weekly Entry Period): Each winner will receive a prize package containing the following products:
One (1) Colour Caresse Wet Shine Stain for Lip;
One (1) Total Repair 5 Shampoo, Conditioner and Oil;
One (1) Voluminous False Fiber Lashes in Blackest Black;
One (1) Colour Riche Eye Shadow;
One (1) RVL Miracle Blur;
One (1) Moisturizer Product; and
One (1) Cosmetics Case: ARV $12.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Weekly Prize is $105.
Total ARV of all prizes: $136,500.
