How to Enter: To enter the Contest, you will need to create a short phrase (not to
exceed 140 characters) that summarizes a prize that you would like to receive that can be
feasibly fulfilled given the prizing limits noted in Section 8 below (the "Submission").

You may enter the Contest through your Twitter account. If you do not have a Twitter
account, visit www.twitter.com to create one. Twitter accounts are free. Twitter's Terms of
Service apply (http://twitter.com/tos). Once logged into your Twitter account, follow the
links and instructions to navigate to www.twitter.com/valvoline to become a follower of
@Valvoline. For directions on how to follow @Valvoline, reference the links and instructions on the Twitter website. After you are following @Valvoline, you may post your Submission,including the hash tag #TheNext75.

Limit: Each entrant may enter the Contest up to ten (10) times per day during the Contest
Period.

Winner Determination: After the conclusion of each applicable Weekly and Daily Entry
Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select
the potential winners (For each Weekly Entry Period - one (1) potential Grand Prize
winner, two (2) potential First Prize winners and three (3) potential Second Prize winners;
For each Daily Entry Period – one (1) potential Third Prize winner, one (1) potential
Fourth Prize winner and one (1) potential Fifth Prize winner, based on an application of the
following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
 Creativity (34%);
 Relevance to vehicles that have driven more than 75,000 miles (33%)
 Feasibility of fulfilling the applicable prize within the prize value limit (33%)

Prizes: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) per Weekly Entry Period): Sponsor, in its sole
discretion, will award a prize that is as similar as possible to the prize detailed in the
winner's Submission, up to $500. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Up to $500. FOUR (4)

FIRST PRIZES (two (2) per Weekly Entry Period): Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will award a prize that is as similar as possible to the prize detailed in the winner's Submission, up to $200. ARV: Up to $200.

SIX (6) SECOND PRIZES (three (3) per Weekly Entry Period): Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will award a prize that is as similar as possible to the prize detailed in the winner's Submission, up to $100. ARV: Up to $100.

FOURTEEN (14) THIRD PRIZES (one (1) per Daily Entry Period): Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will award a prize that is as similar as possible to the prize detailed in the winner's Submission, up to $100. ARV: Up to $100.

FOURTEEN (14) FOURTH PRIZES (one (1) per Daily Entry Period): Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will award a prize that is as similar as possible to the prize detailed in the winner's Submission, up to $50. ARV: Up to $50.

FOURTEEN (14) FIFTH PRIZES (one (1) per Daily Entry Period): Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will award a prize that is as similar as possible to the prize detailed in the winner's Submission, up to $25. ARV: Up to $25.
