Eligibility: offered only to legal United States residents living in the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older
Limit: Entrant is allowed to play the Instant Win Game once per calendar day
Prizes:
Grand Prize (2): The Grand Prize consists of the following:
i. Each Grand Prize Winner and his/her "Guest" will receive a round-trip, coach-class
air travel from the gateway airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner's address, as
selected by Sponsor, to a Biggest Loser Resort selected by the Grand Prize
Winner (the "Resort"). The Resorts are located in Chicago (Itasca), IL, Ivins, UT;
Malibu, CA, and Niagara (Buffalo), NY. If the Grand Prize Winner is located within
two hundred fifty miles (250) of the Resort selected, the Grand Prize Winner and
Guest will be reimbursed for ground transportation from the Grand Prize Winner's
home to and from the Resort;
ii. Accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (single room/double
occupancy) are for a eight (8) days/seven (7) nights stay at the Resort;
iii. The one-week stay covers seven night's accommodations (all check-ins are on a
Sunday), spa cuisine meals, group fitness training, and nutritional classes. (Spa
treatments, personal training, and individual coaching are extra. Transportation
and taxes not included. Scheduling date is subject to availability. Not redeemable
for cash. May not be combined with other promotions or offers. Taxes are due at
time of booking. Must be used by 12/31/13.); and
iv. Ground transportation to and from the airport and Resort
SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING AGE OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER. A Grand Prize
Winner must be at least 14 years old to take Grand Prize trip. As noted in Section 8, if a
Grand Prize Winner is less than 14 years old, special accommodation in timing will be
made in order to take the Grand Prize trip. Further, if the Grand Prize Winner is less than
18 years old, then the Grand Prize Winner's parent or legal guardian must accompany the
Grand Prize Winner as the Guest.
ARV of Sweepstakes Grand Prize (2): The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the
Grand Prize if the Grand Prize Winner selects Ivins, UT or Niagara (Buffalo), NY is
$5,590. If the Grand Prize Winner selects Malibu, CA or Chicago (Itasca), IL the ARV is
$6,190.
Only one Instant Game Prize and Sweepstakes Prize may be awarded per household. An Entrant may win an Instant Game Prize and a Sweepstakes Prize.
