Eligibility
Drive to the Finals Presented by AutoTrader.com ("Promotion") is offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents (natural persons only) of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age at the time of entry; and (c) who are owners of an NBA All Access account as of the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Turner Digital Basketball Services, Inc. ("Sponsor"); NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, the National Basketball Association and its member teams (the "NBA Entities"); AutoTrader.com, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, dealerships, advertising and promotion agencies and Project Support Team, Inc. ("Administrator" or "P/S/T") (collectively, "Released Parties") and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period
The Promotion starts on 4/20/13 at 8:00:01AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends five (5) minutes prior to the tip off of the last game of the NBA Finals 2013 ("Promotion Period"). The NBA Finals 2013 is scheduled to end no later than 6/20/13. All dates are subject to change dependent upon the NBA schedule. The Promotion Period will be divided into twelve (12) Entry Periods listed in the chart below (each entry period below may be referred to individually as an "Entry Period" and collectively, as the "Entry Periods"). For purposes of these Official Rules, a week will begin at 12:00:00AM ET on Sunday and end at 11:59:59PM ET on the following Saturday (with the exception of Weekly Entry Period 1, which will begin on Saturday 4/20/13 at 8:00:00AM ET and end at 11:59:59PM on 4/27/13 on Saturday and Weekly Entry Period 8 which will begin on Sunday 6/9/13 at 12:00:00AM ET and may end on Tuesday 6/20/13 five (5) minutes prior to the tip off of the last possible game of the NBA Finals 2013). Official time will be kept by Administrator.

Visit www.NBA.com during the Promotion Period. If you are a registered NBA All-Access member, you may immediately link to the Game Play page using your previously designated user name and password from www.NBA.com to participate in the Promotion. If you are not a registered member of NBA All-Access, you must register before participating in this Promotion. Registration is free. To register, complete and submit the NBA All-Access User Registration form according to the instructions provided. As part of the registration process, you will be asked if you wish to receive promotional emails from the NBA. Consenting to receive promotional emails is optional and is not required for membership or participation in this Promotion, and will not impact your chances of winning. Upon completion of the registration process, you may link to the Game Play page using your newly designated user name and password from www.NBA.com to participate in the Promotion. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that all contact information is up-to-date and accurate. Limit one (1) NBA User Registration form submission per person and per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. Additional registration forms received from any such person or email address after the first registration form received from that person or email address will be void. The use of script, macro or any other device to automate or subvert the registration process is prohibited and all such registrations will be void. Registration form submissions will be accepted throughout the Promotion Period, in accordance with the terms of these Official Rules.
Visit the Game Play page and follow the instructions provided to pick the NBA players whom you think will perform best in the respective NBA games and submit your selections. The Game Play page will feature a player roster for each team on each game day.
Using knowledge of the NBA and NBA players' skills and statistics, select (1) NBA player from the choices provided for each applicable game day. Each NBA player may only be selected by an entrant once throughout the Promotion Period; however, if a selected player does not play in the game on the day that you have selected him, the player will be returned to the roster and you may select him at another time. The object of the Promotion is to select the NBA player whom you believe will accumulate the highest total number of points, rebounds and assists for the applicable game day. You will receive one (1) point (each, a "Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Point") for each point, rebound and assist your selected NBA player accumulates on his designated game day, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. For example, if a selected NBA player accumulates twelve (12) points, four (4) rebounds and four (4) assists on the given game day, you will gain a total of twenty (20) Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points for that game day. If a selected player does not play in the game on the day that you have selected him you will gain zero (0) points for that game day.
Selections can be made and/or modified up to five (5) minutes before the last game of each applicable game day in accordance with the posted deadlines. Selections are final as of the applicable deadline as determined by Sponsor. Your last eligible selection that is received by the applicable deadline will be used to tabulate your total Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points. Selections cannot be modified for any game in progress or already completed. Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points will not be awarded if a selection is not made by the applicable deadline for a game day, the selected NBA player does not play in the designated game for any reason, and/or the selected NBA player does not obtain any points, rebounds or assists in the designated game.
All selections must be accepted and acknowledged by the computer servers by the applicable deadline (as determined by Sponsor or Administrator) to be considered valid, timely, and eligible.
All registrations and player selections become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one (1) NBA player selection per person and per email address per applicable game day for the duration of the Promotion Period.
Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, late, lost, stolen, delayed, undelivered or misdirected registrations, User IDs, NBA player selections or submissions; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, registrations or NBA player selections; failures or malfunctions of phones, phonelines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), server or other connections; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to Participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; errors in these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials; the selection or announcement of potential winners or the announcement or distribution of prizes; the cancellation, suspension or preemption of any game, injuries or other unavailability of players, scoring tabulation, Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Point tabulation or timing errors or other problems or errors of any kind that may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, whether mechanical, human, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise.

Winner Selection/Notification
Potential winners will be determined on or about 7/12/13. One (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Runner-Up Prize will be awarded, respectively, to the Participants who accumulate the first and second highest number of valid Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points cumulatively for the entire Promotion Period, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

In the event of a tie for the Grand or Runner-Up Prizes, the potential winner for the prize at issue will be deemed the tied Participant who accumulated the highest overall number of cumulative Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points for the final week of the Promotion Period. If a tie still exists from among the remaining pool of tied Participants, the Participant with the highest overall number of cumulative Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points for the week previous to the final week of the Promotion Period will be declared the potential winner, and so forth. Tiebreakers will continue backwards in this manner using the previous week's cumulative Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Point total until the tie among the remaining tied Participants is broken. If a tie still exists after the above tie-breakers have been completed, each Participant from among the remaining pool of tied Participants will be asked to answer, without assistance of any kind, a question selected by Sponsor based on knowledge of the NBA with a time limit of five (5) seconds. The Participant that answers the question correctly, within the designated time limit, will be declared a Grand or Runner-Up Prize Winner (based on the prize at issue). In the event multiple Participants answer the question correctly, another question will be asked and this process will be repeated until only one of the Participants answers the question posed correctly. Once a question has been answered incorrectly, the Participant will not be able to answer again on that question. If all tied Participants answer the question incorrectly, another question will be asked and the above process will be repeated until only one of the Participants answers the question posed correctly. A question that is not answered in the permitted time period will be considered answered incorrectly.

First Round, Conference Semi-Finals, Conference Finals & The Finals Prizes/(1) Prize Per Entry Period
Potential First Round, Conference Semi-Finals, Conference Finals & The Finals prize winners will be determined following the conclusion of each respective Entry Period of the Promotion Period (as outlined above). Prizes will be awarded to the Participants who accumulate the highest number of Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points cumulatively for selections made during the applicable Entry Periods.

In the event of a tie for any Entry Period, the potential winner for that Entry Period will be deemed the tied Participant who accumulated the highest number of Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points for the final game day of the applicable Entry Period. If a tie still exists for any Entry Period, from among the remaining pool of tied Participants, the Participant with the highest number of Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points for the game day previous to the final game day of the applicable Entry Period will be declared a potential Prize winner, and so forth. Tiebreakers will continue backwards in this manner using the previous day's Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Point total until the tie among the remaining tied Participants is broken. If, per any Entry Period, a tie still exists after the above tie-breakers have been completed, each Participant from among the remaining pool of tied Participants will be asked to answer, without assistance of any kind, a question selected by Sponsor based on knowledge of the NBA with a time limit of five (5) seconds. The Participant that answers the question correctly, within the designated time limit, will be declared a prize winner (based on the Entry Period at issue). In the event multiple Participants answer the question correctly, another question will be asked and this process will be repeated until only one of the Participants answers the question posed correctly. Once a question has been answered incorrectly, the Participant will not be able to answer again on that question. If all tied Participants answer the question incorrectly another question will be asked and the above process will be repeated until only one of the Participants answers the question posed correctly. A question that is not answered in the permitted time period will be considered answered incorrectly.

Weekly Prizes/(1) Weekly Prize Per Weekly Entry Period
Potential Weekly Prize winners will be determined following the conclusion of each respective Weekly Entry Period of the Promotion Period. One (1) Weekly Prize will be awarded to the Participant who accumulates the highest number of Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points cumulatively for selections made during the applicable Weekly Entry Period. The Promotion is scheduled to end no later than 6/20/13 (Game 7 (if necessary) of The Finals 2013). If The NBA Finals 2013 Champion is named prior to a Game 7, the Promotion will end on that date and no additional prizes will be awarded. The total number of Weekly Prizes awarded will be determined by the total number of weeks in which The NBA Playoffs 2013 and The NBA Finals 2013 are played.

In the event of a tie for any Weekly Entry Period, the potential winner will be deemed the tied Participant who accumulated the highest number of Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points for the final game day of the applicable Weekly Entry Period. If a tie still exists for any Weekly Entry Period, from among the remaining pool of tied Participants, the Participant with the highest number of Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points for the game day previous to the final game day of the applicable Weekly Entry Period will be declared the potential Weekly Prize winner for that Weekly Entry Period, and so forth. Tiebreakers will continue backwards in this manner using the previous day's Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Point total until the tie among the remaining tied Participants for that Weekly Entry Period is broken. If a tie still exists for any Weekly Entry Period after the above tie-breakers have been completed, each Participant from among the remaining pool of tied Participants will be asked to answer, without assistance of any kind, a question selected by Sponsor based on knowledge of the NBA with a time limit of five (5) seconds. The Participant that answers the question correctly, within the designated time limit, will be declared a Weekly Prize winner (based on the Weekly Entry Period at issue). In the event multiple Participants answer the question correctly, another question will be asked and this process will be repeated until only one of the Participants answers the question posed correctly. Once a question has been answered incorrectly, the Participant will not be able to answer again on that question. If all tied Participants answer the question incorrectly another question will be asked and the above process will be repeated until only one of the Participants answers the question posed correctly. A question that is not answered in the permitted time period will be considered answered incorrectly.

The tabulation of Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points and identification of potential winners will be conducted by judges whose decisions are final and binding with respect to these Official Rules and in all other matters relating to this Promotion, including tabulation of Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points for each game. Prizes will be awarded to the person named on the applicable NBA.com registration form, regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said NBA.com registration form was submitted (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules). Potential winners will be notified by email, phone or mail as necessary throughout the Promotion Period. If a winner is at least 18 but considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, applicable prize may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for complying with all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per Participant for duration of Promotion Period.

In the event that any game during the Promotion Period is canceled, suspended (and not resumed) or preempted (and not resumed) for any reason, applicable Weekly Prize will be awarded based on the Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points accumulated for those games played during said Weekly Entry Period. If no such games are played, the applicable Weekly Prize will not be awarded.

Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize: $25,000 AutoTrader.com voucher, which must be used towards purchase of a vehicle on AutoTrader.com (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") = $25,000). All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, acquisition fees, destination charges, freight delivery, any other costs associated with purchasing and collecting the vehicle, any costs of car in excess of $25,000, and all other expenses not specified herein and related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize are winner's sole responsibility. Voucher subject to terms, conditions, and restrictions as specified by AutoTrader.com, all of which must be complied with by winner. One (1) Runner-Up Prize: One (1) Video Game console and one (1) NBA 2K13 game (ARV = $350 each). One (1) First Round Prize: One (1) Video Game console and one NBA 2K13 game (ARV = $350 each). Miscellaneous
No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes as well as all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prizes not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the winners. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Potential Grand Prize winner will and all other potential winners may, be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within five (5) days of date of issuance of notification. Failure to return such documents within the specified time period, if any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, if Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, such winner will be disqualified and, in Sponsor's discretion, the runner-up for the prize at issue may be notified as the potential winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1.) disqualify any person (and void his/her Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Points and all associated registrations) who tampers with or subverts the entry process, the operation of NBA.com, or any other component of this Promotion, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules and 2.) modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion (or any portion thereof) for any reason, including should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, award prize(s) for the Entry Period(s) at issue to the highest scoring eligible non-suspect Participants for the applicable Entry Period(s), as determined by Sponsor, as of the event requiring such termination. By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) such Participant's name, city, and/or state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for the purpose of posting their name, user name and/or Drive to the Finals Fantasy Game Point Total on NBA.com or on any NBA telecast and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and 2.) Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury to Participant or any other person or death or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize (including any harm caused from the use of any vehicle purchased with the Grand Prize voucher) or prize activity related thereto or participation in this Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE PROMOTION IN ANY WAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND/OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW.
