HGTV Smart Home 2013 Sweepstakes ~ 5/31/13

Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 11, 2013 and ends 5:00 p.m. ET on May 31, 2013.

Open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older as of April 11, 2013.

Limit one (1) online entry on the HGTV Website, per valid email address, per eligible person per day. Limit one (1) online entry on the HGTV Remodels Website, per valid email address, per eligible person per day.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize which consists of:
(i) the home located in Jacksonville Beach, FL (the "HGTV Smart Home") that is featured in the "HGTV Smart Home" special (including home furnishings and merchandise as determined by Main Sponsor in cooperation with the Participating Product Sponsors and installed prior to conveyance) (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $800,000);
(ii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) (awarded in the form of a check or a wire transfer) courtesy of Quicken Loans Inc. (the "Cash Prize");
(iii) a 2013 GMC Terrain Denali automobile (ARV: $41,615) (the "GMC Prize"); and
(iv) one (1) year of ADT home monitoring service (ARV: $695.88).

In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Smart Home (and the contents of the HGTV Smart Home), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $600,000 in cash in lieu of the HGTV Smart Home (the "Cash Option"). If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize winner will still receive the Cash Prize and the GMC Prize. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $942,310.88 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Smart Home or $741,615 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of taking title to the HGTV Smart Home. In the event that the HGTV Smart Home is not available for Grand Prize Winner to take possession for any reason, Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option.
