Enter to win a week long camping trip and camping gear package. We'll be giving away a free week of camping every Friday, and a camping pack every day! One (1) grand prize of a week long camping trip on a standard RV or tent site at any participating Thousand Trails or Encore property and a package of camping gear. The camping gear prize pack includes one Rand McNally GPS unit, one Strongback Chair, one $100 gas card, one Duck Harbor Cool Weather sleeping bag, one $50 MyRVMarket gift certificate, one Coleman Lantern, one Thousand Trails Sweatshirt, one Thousand Trails umbrella, one Coghlan's corn popper, one s'mores grill, and one Thousand Trails camping pack (backpack, blanket, travel mug, and window cling). The winner will be announced on or around May 6. Four (4) second prize winners will receive a week long camping trip at any participating Thousand Trails or Encore property and a Thousand Trails camping pack, which includes a Thousand Trails backpack, blanket, travel mug and window cling. Second prize winners will be announced every Friday of the promotion. When you properly complete and submit an entry form, you will receive one entry into drawings for the following prizes: (i) 1st prize valued at $1,000 consisting of one week of free camping on a standard RV or tent site at any participating Encore or Thousand Trails campground (restrictions below), one Rand McNally GPS unit, one Strongback Chair, one $100 gas card, one Duck Harbor Cool Weather sleeping bag, one $50 MyRVMarket gift certificate, one Coleman Lantern, one Thousand Trails Sweatshirt, one Thousand Trails umbrella, one Coghlan's corn popper, one s'mores grill, and one Thousand Trails camping pack (backpack, blanket, travel mug, and window cling); (ii) four (4) second prizes valued at $330 consisting of one week of free camping on a standard RV or tent site at any participating Encore or Thousand Trails campground (restrictions below) and a Thousand Trails camping pack (backpack, blanket, travel mug, and window cling); and (iii) Thirty (30) third prizes valued at $30 consisting of a Thousand Trails camping pack (backpack, blanket, travel mug, and window cling).
The winners will be selected in random drawings held at our corporate office from all eligible entries received. There will be a drawing at the end of each day during the promotion and a third prize winner will be announced that day. There will be a drawing each Friday during the promotion, and a second prize winner will be announced that day. There will be a drawing for the 1st prize on or about May 6, 2013. You do not need to be present to win. The winners will be notified by email after the drawing. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries, but are not expected to exceed 1:3500 for each prize.
The free camping is based on availability, reservations are required, and it must be completed by December 23, 2013. Holidays and special events are excluded. The following resorts are excluded from the promotion: San Francisco RV Resort, St. George RV Resort, Desert Vista RV Resort, Indian Lakes, Natchez Trace, Little Diamond and Grandy Creek.
Each winner is responsible for federal and state taxes on the prize. The drawing is limited to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Due to legal restrictions, residents of AZ, FL and NV are not eligible to participate in this promotion. In addition, employees of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Limit one entry per person/email address. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason.
Except where prohibited by law, a potential winner must complete, sign and return to the Sponsor, within two business days, a Winner's Affidavit and Release in the form presented by the Sponsor. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Winner's Affidavit and Release within the required time period, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the potential winner will not receive any prize and an alternate winner will be chosen.
