PRIZES/PRIZE CONDITIONS: There will be a total of two-hundred and sixty-five (265) Prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes (one (1) for each participating Carrabba's Italian Grill® location). Each Prize consists of a Carrabba's Italian Grill® credit, valued at up to $100.00. The maximum approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize is $100.00. The maximum total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is $26,500.
DATES OF PROMOTION: The Carrabba's Italian Grill® "Share a Dinner" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 2, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 26, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico (excluding residents of Rhode Island) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (the "Entrant").
TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to receive entries into the Sweepstakes. The maximum number of entries a person may receive in this Sweepstakes is two (2); equivalent to one (1) initial entry and one (1) bonus entry.

Bonus Entries by Sharing: Immediately after receiving your initial entry, you will be prompted to share the Sweepstakes with your friends. You will receive one (1) bonus entry for sharing via one (1) of the following methods:
Facebook®: Click the "F" icon to open a new window. Then, when prompted, login to Facebook® (if not already logged in), and click the "Post" button to receive one (1) bonus entry into the Sweepstakes.
Twitter®: Click on the "blue bird" icon to open a new window. Then, when prompted, login to Twitter® (if not already logged in), and click the "tweet" button to receive one (1) bonus entry into the Sweepstakes.
Email: Click on the "white envelope" icon and select the method in which you would like to send the email (either from the page in which you are present, or via your personal email account directly). If you choose to email from the page you are on, enter your email address and the email address or addresses of the friends in which you'd like to share the Sweepstakes. Then click the "Send" button to receive one (1) bonus entry into the Sweepstakes. If you choose to email from your personal email account, select your email provider by clicking the applicable logo. Then, login to your personal email account (if not already logged in) and click the "Send" button to receive one (1) bonus entry into the Sweepstakes.
WINNING/NOTIFICATION: There will be one (1) random drawing held for each of the two-hundred and sixty-five (265) participating Carrabba's Italian Grill® locations. For each drawing, one (1) prize winner (each, a "Prize Winner") will be selected from among all eligible entries received from the respective participating Carrabba's Italian Grill® location during the Sweepstakes Period (as determined based upon the Carrabba's Italian Grill® location the Entrant selected at point of entry). Odds of being selected as a Prize Winner will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the respective participating Carrabba's Italian Grill® location during the Sweepstakes Period. Each of the random drawings will be conducted on or about May 28, 2013 under the supervision of the Sponsor whose decisions are based upon their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. All Prize Winners will be notified via email, within ten (10) business days or less from which all Prize Winners are determined.
