The Promotion begins at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on April 8, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on April 25, 2013

The Promotion is offered only to legal residents of the 49 United States (excluding residents of Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old.

Entry limit: once per day

PRIZES:
10 First Prizes: $100 QVC Gift Card
20 Second Prizes: $50 QVC Gift Card
115 Third Prizes: $25 QVC Gift Card

Yes, I did! The email was from "QVC Beauty with Benefits" and the subject was "Congratulations from QVC!"

"You've won a $50 QVC Gift Card.* Please allow 6-8 weeks for verification and delivery of your QVC® Gift Card to the address you registered".

Did you get a screen shot of the win?
