Yep, can't really see his face but his hands are spread out in front of him with his fingers straight out and there's nothing in his hands, yet they're backing away from him. Dontknow

It seems to be over for the most part, CNN isn't adding anything new. I'm headed to bed. Chances are it's going to be several hours before the officials give any sort of briefing on what went down and who this guy or guys are.
