Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on April 16, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 3, 2013.

Open only to legal residents of the U.S., who are 18 years and older as of the date of entry.

Complete the on-screen registration form to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes for that week's drawing and the applicable Grand Prize drawing(s). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a week is defined as beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET each Tuesday and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET each following Monday of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 3, 2013 to be eligible for the last week's drawing. Entries must be received by the dates listed (or the amount of unlocked eligible entries) in order to be eligible for the applicable Grand Prize drawing(s). Entries will be carried forward to subsequent Weekly drawings, if any, and the applicable Grand Prize drawing(s).

Limit ten (10) Entries per person, per day, per email address.

Weekly Prize Winners (400 total- 20 per week) will be selected in twenty (20) separate weekly random drawings from among all eligible entries received by the end of the previous week(s), on every following Wednesday, beginning April 24, 2013 through September 4, 2013. The Grand Prize Winners (5 total- 1 per period) will be selected in a five (5) separate random drawings based upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, or on the specified date listed below, whichever occurs first, as indicated below:
Period 1 Prize will be unlocked when 1,000 eligible entries are received, or on 5/1/13, whichever occurs first.
Period 2 Prize will be unlocked when 2,000 eligible entries are received, or on 5/22/13, whichever occurs first.
Period 3 Prize will be unlocked when 4,000 eligible entries are received, or on 6/17/13, whichever occurs first.
Period 4 Prize will be unlocked when 7,000 eligible entries are received, or on 7/22/13, whichever occurs first.
Period 5 Prize will be unlocked when 15,000 eligible entries are received, or on 8/26/13, whichever occurs first.

Grand Prizes (5- 1 per period):
Period 1 Prize: A Zwilling J.A. Henckels 4-Piece Grilling Set (ARV: $199).
Period 2 Prize: A Coleman Roadtrip LXX Grill with Aluminum Grill Grate and Griddle accessories (ARV: $250).
Period 3 Prize: BOSE 251 Environmental Speakers (ARV: $400).
Period 4 Prize: One (1) year of Omaha Steak, awarded in quarterly packages (ARV: $730).
Period 5: A Large Big Green Egg Smoker and accessories, which include a Nest, Plate setter, cast iron cooking grid and a cover (ARV: $1,200).
