This contest requires a video submision of a child, 12 and under, saying "Oshkosh B'Gosh!"
There are both contest and sweeps prizes. Contest prizes awarded through
judging and sweeps prizes awarded by random drawing for all participants.
The rules are too invloved to post them all here, there is a link to
the pdf on the entry page and below.
