HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

1) ONLINE - Visit www.xgames.com/ford (the "Website") during the Promotion Period, complete the online entry form with the required contact information ("Online Entry") and submit the completed Entry as directed to receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 6:00 PM ET on 8/4/13.

2) EVENT - Complete an entry form via iPad, during posted event hours at the Ford display during X Games Los Angeles 2013 from 8/1/13 – 8/4/13, and submit as directed ("Event Entry"). ALL ENTRIES MUST OCCUR PRIOR TO THE POSTED CLOSING TIMES OF EACH EVENT AND NO LATER THAN 6:00 PM ET ON 8/4/13.

Limit: One (1) Entry per person or email address regardless of method of Entry.

PRIZES /APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):
(1) Possible Grand Prize: A 2014 Ford Fiesta ST (ARV $26,000). The RallyCross Final Event - is tentatively scheduled to take place on 8/4/13 during the RallyCross Final competition at X Games Los Angeles 2013 in Los Angeles, CA. If a Ford driver wins the RallyCross Final Event (as per the official, sanctioned results of the RallyCross Final competition), a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible Entries from the entire Promotion Period (as defined above) to receive the Grand Prize (subject to verification). BUT, IF A FORD DRIVER DOES NOT WIN THE RALLYCROSS FINAL COMPETITION, THE GRAND PRIZE VEHICLE WILL NOT BE AWARDED. IF THE RALLYCROSS FINAL COMPETITION IS CANCELLED OR POSTPONED FOR ANY REASON, THEN GRAND PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

(2) Period Prizes: A trip for two (2) to Los Angeles to attend the 2013 X Games Los Angeles competitions. Prize trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winner's residence to Los Angeles, CA (or ground transportation if winner resides within a 200-mile radius of Los Angeles), four nights hotel accommodations from 8/1/13 – 8/5/13 (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), admission for two (2) to select X Games Los Angeles 2013 competitions, ground transportation (between airport/hotel and to and from Sponsor-selected X Games Los Angeles 2013 competitions and related activities including the opportunity to meet Brian Deegan), and $500 cash (ARV $4,500).
