Twelve (12) Hidden Item Contest Winners will be selected during the Contest Period. Each Hidden Item Contest Winner will receive one (1) of the prizes identified below as determined solely by Sponsor.

* The trip shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for each Hidden Item Contest Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest"), which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor's choice nearest Hidden Item Contest Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor's choice, in its sole discretion, for Hidden Item Contest Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two (2) tickets to attend a top secret Pistol Annies event ("Event") on May 15, 2013; and ground transportation from the hotel to the Event.

Three (3) Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 4, 2013 from all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner(s) shall each receive the following: a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner(s) and one (1) guest ("Guest") to attend a top secret Pistol Annies event (the "Event") on May 15, 2013.
The trip shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor's choice nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor's choice, in its sole discretion, for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two (2) tickets to attend the Event. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event. Estimated retail value of each Grand Prize: $1,500.00 (total estimated retail value: $4,500.00).

Approximate combined retail value of all Promotion prizes is Twenty Five Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Five Dollars ($25,385.00).
