begins April 19, 2013 at 12:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT"), at which time submissions will first be accepted. The Kroger Co. will accept submissions through 11:59 pm EDT, May 18, 2013
open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia except FL, NY, MA and RI, 13 years of age or older at time of entry.
From April 19, 2013 through May 18, 2013, (the "Voting Period") visitors to the Website can vote for an entry one time per day. The visitor votes will determine the top-voted eligible designs. At the end of the Voting Period, Kroger will determine the 5 top designs.
Prizes: Only those entries ranked by the judges as the top 5 will be considered for prizes. Each of the designated 5 top designs will be featured on the Website and be eligible for the additional awards detailed below.
The five designs that the judges determine to be the best designs will be the winners. The winners will be awarded a $1,000 gift card to Kroger.
