Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other United States residents in foreign territories and possessions who maintain a residence in any of the listed states.

Instant Winner Prizes: Four Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Eight (4,588) Instant Winners will be awarded $5 off $5 Coupons on each date set forth below or, to the extent necessary, any unawarded Prize will be rolled over to the May 30, 2013 drawing described above in Section 5. All available Instant Win Prizes will be awarded.

Daily Winner Prizes: On each drawing date listed below, thirty one (31) Daily Prize Winners will be selected in a drawing from all eligible specific Daily Drawing entries received on that day. Daily Winners will receive a VISA Gift Card (or equivalent) in the amount specified below.

Daily Winners will receive a prize as follows ("Prize"):

One (1) $1,000.00 Prize Winner drawn daily. Total ARV $35,000.00. Limit one (1) $1,000.00 prize per Registration Profile for the duration of the Entry Period.

Ten (10) $100.00 Prize Winners drawn daily. Total ARV $35,000.00. Limit one (1) $100.00 prize per Registration Profile for the duration of the Entry Period.

Twenty (20) $50.00 Prize Winners drawn daily. Total ARV $35,000.000. Limit one (1) $50.00 prize per Registration Profile for the duration of the Entry Period.

Instant Winners. Each day during the Entry Period, Four Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Eight (4,588) valid entries submitted that day into the Sweepstakes will be randomly selected as Instant Winners. After completing and submitting the Registration Profile and obtaining a valid Entry Code, an entrant will be notified immediately by e-mail if his/her entry has been drawn as an Instant Winner. Entries received for a given day will NOT be retained and entered into subsequent Instant Winner selections. Winner will be able to view/print Instant Winner $5 off $5 Coupon ("Prize") from sweepstakes website, or from the e-mail notification. All Prizes will be awarded, and any Instant Winner Prizes not awarded after conclusion of the Entry Period will be rolled over and awarded to entrants selected in a random drawing to be conducted on May 30, 2013, from among the eligible valid entries submitted during the Entry Period. The Instant Winner e-mail to winning entrant will include a viewable and/or printable Instant Winner $5 off $5 Coupon. This Instant Winner $5 off $5 Coupon can be redeemed at any O'Reilly Auto Parts location by presenting a printed Instant Winner $5 off $5 Coupon or displaying the Instant Winner $5 off $5 Coupon on a mobile device at the time of checkout. Instant Winner $5 off $5 Coupon must be redeemed by June 30, 2013. You may be required to provide photo identification to redeem your prize. Instant Winner $5 off $5 Coupon redemption is bound by local/state laws regarding Promotional $5 off $5 Coupon redemption. See Section 6 for Instant Win Prize details. Instant Winner $5 off $5 Coupon can only be redeemed once and will expire on June 30, 2013.

Daily Winners: In addition to being a potential Instant Winner, entrant's valid Sweepstakes entry will count as one (1) entry into the daily drawing for the day on which the entry information is received ("Daily Drawing"). Entries for each Daily Drawing must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. PST that same day. A day is defined as beginning at 12:00:00 A.M. PST and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. PST. Entries for the last Daily Drawing must be received on May 28, 2013, by 11:59:59 P.M. PST. Award of any Daily Prize is subject to the eligibility verification set forth below.


How to Obtain a Sweepstakes Entry Code:

Obtain Entry Code With Purchase: A 14 digit sweepstakes entry code ("Entry Code") will be printed on each qualified O'Reilly invoice printed during the Entry Period at all participating O'Reilly Auto Parts retail store locations ("Participating Locations"). A list of Participating Locations can be found at www.oreillyauto.com.

Obtain Online Entry Code Without Purchase: An Entry Code and entry instructions for the Sweepstakes are available by going to www.oreillysweeps.com and requesting an Entry Code. Entry Code is requested after Registration Profile has been completed. No purchase is required to obtain an Entry Code. An Entry Code will be provided on the computer screen. Limit two (2) online Entry Code requests per day per Registration Profile.

Entering Entry Code: After a Registration Profile has been completed, you will be asked to enter the unique Entry Code found on your store invoice or provided on your computer screen. Each unique Entry Code can only be used once. To enter online, you must have a web browser that is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or 9, Chrome, Firefox or Safari. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the registered account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry originated. Any attempted form of participation in the Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. If it is discovered that a person has registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple e-mail addresses or residential addresses, multiple identities, IP addresses, use of proxy servers, or like methods, all of that person's entries will be declared null and void and that person will not be awarded any prize that he/she might have been entitled to receive.
