This was from an email I received today regarding issue(s) trying to register and/or generate a Master Card E-Code after winning.

Thanks for participating in the Camel Instant Win Program. I apologize for the delay in responding to your email. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues registering your prize. In order to assist you better, we have provided specific details to get your prize registered.

In order to protect the privacy of our 21+ years of age or older adult tobacco consumers, extra security measures were put into place. When a prize was awarded, it was recorded with the personal information listed under your Camel Profile at www.camel.com. When registering the prize at Up2URewards, it will require the personal information to match exactly for a successful registration.

Here are steps to get your prize registered:

1) Log into www.camel.com.
2) Verify your personal information by clicking the Profile icon on the dashboard that shows your name. Do not make any changes at this point. This will be the information used to register your prize at Up2URewards.
3) Click on "My Swag" under the exclamation point.
4) Your prize should appear under "My Swag" section.
5) Click the "Register" button next to your prize, which will take you to a web site that manages the prizes.
6) Once on the web site, you will need to register your prize by completing the blank fields with your personal information exactly as it appears in your Camel web site Profile
7) After completing the fields, click "Generate Virtual Code." Your new Master Card E-Code will be available for making any online purchases.

Here are a few important items to remember when entering your person information on the site.

-Name
-Spelling of first and last name must be exactly as it appears on the Camel site.
-DOB = MMDDYEAR
-No dashes or spaces
-If your DOB does not work, attempt to use "01" as the DD.
-Zip Code: Must match all 5 digits and be the same as it appears on the Camel site at the time your prize was won.
-Creating a login and password for Up2URewards: Use the same login and password used for www.camel.com
-Consumer may also have the ability to create their own. Either one should work.
-Updating Camel Profile: After you have successfully registered your prize, make any necessary updates to your Camel profile at www.camel.com to ensure that any future wins are accurately recorded.

If you are still unable to register your prize, please call us at 1-800-334-8157 and a representative will forward your information to our fulfillment team for further assistance.

Won $25. When I redeemed it, the card number, cvv, exp date was all blank in my account. When I try to re-register, it stated that it was already redeemed. I emailed them hopefully I get an answer soon.

My dad won on Friday as well and the same thing happened to him, I told him to email them, hoping for a fast resolution but I am not holding my breath.

My husband won $25 yesterday and it shows up as having won, but it isn't in the swag section where it gives you the card number and expiration date. This has never happened before. I emailed Camel but I'm not holding my breath on receiving an answer. Maybe a phone call would be better??? Has anyone ever called them and had something solved?

I also am having problems with my account. I claimed my prize last Friday and rec'd a blank code. I have emailed them twice and only rec'd the auto reply. I also sent a screen shot of how my account looks. Has anyone heard back from them yet on this issue from last week

I suggest you file a complaint. They haven't reply back to me but they have until June 4th to do so.

I called Camel today and got a woman who was very rude. I told her I did email the email address she gave me but they didn't tell me anything I didn't already do. She said, that's the only place you can get help with that, so email them again. I asked her if there wasn't anything she could do or her supervisor and she said no, they're the only ones and she said just email them again. And she hung up!!!! Guess my husband is out $25. Don't know what else to do now.

The same thing happened to my father he wrote [email protected] and they issued him a new code with a later expiration date. If I have issues with my credit card balances calling 800-624-6171 helps.
