JUDGING: All Entries received each Daily Entry Period will be judged by a panel of qualified judges based on the following criteria: creativity (30%); ability of Entry to portray appreciation of mom on Mother's Day (30%); and ability of Entry to deliver memorable content (40%). The three (3) Entries for each Daily Entry Period with the highest scores will be deemed Daily Prize winners, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. At the conclusion of the Promotion, the three (3) Entries with the highest overall scores will be deemed Grand Prize winners, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The five (5) Entries with the next highest overall scores will be deemed First Prize Winners, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of a tie, an additional, "tie-breaking" judge will determine the winner(s) based on the criteria listed herein. Sponsor reserves the right not to award all Contest prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries.
First Prizes (5): Flowers for winner's mom for a year (awarded in the form of one (1) $75 bouquet a month for 12 months), and a $600 check for winner which may be used to defray the tax liability on the prize. ARV of each First Prize package: $2,600. Exact date, time, and length of recording to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
Daily Prizes (63) (Three (3) per Daily Entry Period): $75 Teleflora bouquet gift card OR Lady Antebellum signed CD OR Story Corps Mom book and tote bag. ARV for each daily prize is: $10 - $75
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Limit one (1) Daily Prize per person using only one (1) email address. Prizes will only be awarded by Sponsor upon potential winners' verification of eligibility and final approval by Sponsor. No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer or assignment of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor which reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.
