ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia ("Eligibility Area") who are 18 years of age or older as of the Start Date of the Promotion.
The "Flood® Wood Care Better Backyard Sweepstakes and Instant Win" (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:01am eastern time ("ET") on April 22, 2013 ("Start Date") and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET May 17, 2013 ("End Date;" and Start Date and End Date collectively, the "Promotion Period"). A promotional day ("Promotion Day") shall run 12:00:01am ET and end at 11:59:59pm ET.
PRIZES. The Grand Prize Winner will receive:
One (1) $1,500 Gift Card, or multiple cards whose domination, will equal Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $1,500 USD from a retailer which is to be determined by Sponsor's sole direction. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $1,500 USD.
Three hundred Fourty (340) Instant Prize Winners will receive:
One (1) $10 Gift Card ($10 USD) ARV, from a retailer which is to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion.
