Wendy’s® Salad Secret Sweepstakes ~ 8/25/13

Sweepstakes begins on April 25, 2013 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on August 25, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will hide Wendy's Salad Secrets throughout various Wendy's digital properties allowing Sweepstakes entrants who locate them to "unlock" the Wendy's Salad Secrets. The Wendy's website located at www.wendys.com/secrets will provide hints and drive entrants to where these Salad Secrets are located. These Salad Secrets will be hidden in various Wendy's digital properties, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Wendys.com, app.wendys.com, Wendy's www.Glo.msn.com website and YouTube.

To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must either log into Facebook or create a profile on www.wendys.com by providing his or her name, email address, date of birth, zip code and gender. Once logged into Facebook or a www.wendys.com profile, each time an entrant unlocks a Salad Secret, he or she will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (each, an "entry").

Limit: Each entrant can only unlock each Salad Secret once throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Each participant has the potential for 12 total entries.

Each day of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will randomly select two (2) winners from among all eligible entries received that day, subject to official verification.

Prizes: One Hundred and Ninety-Six Grand Prizes: One (1) $25 Wendy's Gift Card.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes combined: $4,900. Limit one prize per person or household.
