The Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States only (except in Puerto Rico) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. A maximum of four (4) additional entry per person will be granted to those who use the buttons on the entry confirmation page to share the sweepstakes details via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and/or Google+. Sharing the sweepstakes via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Google+ will result in one (1) additional entry per social network per person. Multiple entries from any one person, household or email address will void all but the initial entry. Liberty Travel is not responsible for lost entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; incomplete entries or communications; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise. 3. WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or by Monday, June 17, 2013. All decisions of Sponsor regarding this Contest are final and binding. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Should the contact details on the Entry Form be incorrect or incomplete, or should the Winners be unable to accept the prize for any reason, or if the Winners have not responded or contacted the Sponsor by 5pm (EST) on Tuesday June 18, 2013, such Winners may be disqualified, at Sponsor's sole discretion, and alternate Winners may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries in a similar random drawing. Upon disqualification, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be given. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Public winner announcement will take place on Liberty Travel's social media channels and the blog on Friday, June 21st. Winner may be required to provide evidence of identity in connection with claiming the prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent and agreement to use Winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash value and extensions will not be granted to the trip's expiration date. The trip is valid for travel throughout 2014. Blackout dates and dates for travel are solely within the discretion of Sandals represented by Unique Vacations, Inc. Please note that reservations may only be made and confirmed 30 days prior to travel and a $25.00 per room per night processing fee will apply to the prize winner. Airfare is not included. The winner will be provided with additional instructions on how to book.
