NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR
PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void outside the fifty (50) United States and the
District of Columbia, and where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Sweepstakes begins on
April 15, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 31, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes
Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
1. Eligibility: The Residence Inn® Moms' Month Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty
(50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who, as of April 15, 2013, are at least eighteen (18) years of age or
the age of majority in their respective states/jurisdictions of permanent residence, whichever is greater. Employees,
officers, and directors of Marriott International, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), MEC
Global, and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, mandataries, representatives, consultants,
contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site
providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of
where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win.
Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's and/or
Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is

winning. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Residence Inn® official Facebook® Fan Page ("Fan Page"). On the Fan Page, "Like" Residence Inn® (if you do not already; if
you already do, proceed to next step); click on the Sweepstakes tab; and complete all required fields of the on-screen
registration form, including providing your full name, full address, including zip code, email address, certification of your
eligibility, and agreement to the Official Rules to receive one (1) entry into that day's (as defined below) Daily Prize
random drawing. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win.
Entrants in the Daily Prize random drawings may also be automatically eligible for a Blow-Out Prize. To be eligible for a
Blow-Out Prize, you must live within a 100 mile radius of the greater metropolitan areas of New York, New York;
Washington, D.C.; Chicago, Illinois; or Los Angeles, California. If an entrant in the Daily Prize random drawing is
eligible because he or she lives in an eligible region and enters during the below defined entry period for the eligible

Starting on May 5, 2013 and at the end of each week for the remainder of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will also
conduct random, weekly drawings to give away "Daily Prizes," listed below, one for each day of the preceding week.
Each Daily Prize random drawing will consist of all eligible entries submitted from the start of the Sweepstakes Period
until 11:59 p.m. (ET) on the day associated with the Daily Prize. Entries received between 12:00 p.m. ET on April 15,
2013 through 11:59 p.m. ET on May 2, 2013 ("Day One" for purposes of this Sweepstakes) will be eligible for the first
Daily Prize random drawing. If any eligible entry is not selected, then that eligible entry will be carried forward to
subsequent day's Daily Prize random drawings (if any). For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, excluding Day One, as set
out above, a "day" is defined as beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET each calendar day and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET each calendar
day. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "week" is defined as beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET each Sunday and ending at
11:59 p.m. ET each Saturday, with the exception of the first week, which will begin at 12:00 a.m. ET on Monday, April
15, 2013 and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on Saturday, April 20, 2013 and the last week, which will begin at 12:00 a.m. ET on
Sunday, May 26, 2013 and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, May 31, 2013.
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS PER WEEK. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES WILL BE
DISQUALIFIED. EACH ENTRANT MAY WIN A MAXIMUM OF ONE BLOW-OUT PRIZE. No information
regarding entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or on the Fan Page listed above, will be
disclosed. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 2, 2013 to be eligible for the Day One and all subsequent
days' Daily Prize random drawings and by 11:59 p.m. ET each subsequent day to be included in that day's and all
subsequent days' Daily Prize random drawings (if any). To be included in the last day's Daily Prize random drawing,
entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2013
4. Selection of Winners:
Blow-out Prize Winners: On or about April 29, 2013, five (5) Blow-Out Prize winners will be selected in a random
drawing from among all eligible entries received for the New York, NY region during the Blow-Out Prize Entry Period
for that region. On or about April 30, 2013, five (5) Blow-Out Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from
among all eligible entries received for the Washington, D.C. region during the Blow-Out Prize Entry Period for that
region. On or about May 2, 2013, five (5) Blow-Out Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all
eligible entries received for the Chicago, IL region during the Blow-Out Prize Entry Period for that region. On or about
May 6, 2013, five (5) Blow-Out Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries
received for the Los Angeles, CA during the Blow-Out Prize Entry Period for that region. The odds of winning a Blow-Out Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received per region during the Blow-Out Prize Entry
Period for that region.
Daily Prize Winners: On a weekly basis, beginning the week of May 5, 2013, Administrator will select one (1) Daily Prize
from among all eligible entries received by the end of each day in the preceding week (including Day One of the
Sweepstakes Period), for a total of thirty (30) Daily Prize winners (as outlined in the Daily Prize chart below in Section 5),
selected in thirty (30) separate random drawings. The odds of winning a Daily Prize are based on the number of total
eligible entries received by the end of each day as described above. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an
independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Potential Blow-Out Prize winners will be notified by email. Each potential Blow-Out Prize winner will be required to
confirm his/her acceptance of the Blow-Out Prize within three (3) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited
and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Each potential Daily Prize winner will be automatically sent
his/her prize within six to eight weeks of drawing completion. If a potential Blow-Out Prize winner fails to respond to the
email notification within the required time period, or the prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a
potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Blow-Out Prize to an alternate winner selected by a
random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable region. If a potential Blow-Out
Prize winner fails to respond to the email notification within the required time period, or the prize notification is returned
undeliverable, or if a Daily Prize is returned as undeliverable or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any
reason, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries
received by the end of the applicable Blow-Out Prize Entry Period or day. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient
number of eligible entries are received for each region/by the end of each day. Only six (6) alternate winners will be
chosen for any Daily Prize or Blow-Out Prize (time permitting), after which any remaining prizes will remain unawarded.
All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final AND
BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and
until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.
5. Prizes: Blow-Out Prizes: Twenty (20) Blow-Out Prizes will be awarded (five (5) per region). Each Blow-Out Prize
consists of a Blow-Out at a Sponsor-specified Paul Mitchell® Salon or School. The Blow-Out Prizes must be redeemed
