Sweepstakes commences on April 14, 2013, 12:00:00 am (CT) and ends on May 12, 2013, 11:59:59 pm (CT).
Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of April 7, 12:00:00 am (CST). Void in New Jersey, Virginia, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrants first need to have the Instagram application downloaded on their mobile device and be a registered user. Entrants must follow the Shell On The Road account (@Shell_ontheroad) on Instagram.
Before entering the Promotion, the "Photos Are Private" option in the account settings on Instagram must be set to "OFF" and must remain off during the entry periods to be entered in the Sweepstakes.
To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrants must submit a photo illustrating the number twenty-two or something that reminds them of the number twenty-two. Entrants must include both @shell_ontheroad and #Forever22 in the caption of the photo, as well as an explanation of why the photo reminds them of the number twenty-two.
Phase 1 – Entry Period:
April 14, 2013, 12:00:00 am (CT)– May 12, 2013, 11:59:59 pm (CT). Weekly entry periods will begin each Sunday at 12:00:00 AM (CT) and end the following Sunday at 11:59:00 PM CT. All Entries must be submitted and received by 11:59:59 pm (CT) on the last day of the applicable Entry Period in order to be eligible to win a Prize for that Entry Period.
There is a limit of one Entry per Entrant per week during the Sweepstakes Period.
Twenty (20) weekly prizes: During the Sweepstakes Period five (5) prize winners will be randomly selected weekly by the Sweepstakes Sponsor from the database of eligible Entries as outlined in these rules. Entrants will only be considered for weekly prizes for the week they enter. Grand Prize winners will be drawn from the total entrant pool. The twenty (20) weekly prize winners will each receive one (1) fifty dollar ($50) Shell Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize is $50.00.
Two (2) grand prizes: At the end of the Sweepstakes Period two (2) winners will be randomly selected by the Sweepstakes Sponsor from among the database of all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period as outlined in these rules. The two (2) grand prize winners will each win two (2) one hundred dollar ($100) Shell Gift Cards and merchandise signed by Joey Logano, to be determined by the Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize is $300.
