SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD & SPONSOR: The IDENTITY THIEF FILM SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes") starts at 12:01 am Pacific Time ("PT") on 04/16/13 and ends at 11:59 pm PT on 06/14/13 ("Online Sweepstakes Entry Period") for online entry and on 06/15/13 for the postmarking of a mail-in entry, both methods as detailed below. The Sweepstakes consists of two (2) monthly random drawings (each a "Monthly Drawing") each with its own specific Entry Period ("Monthly Drawing Entry Period") plus a "Threshold Promotion", with all as detailed below.
PRIZES: Monthly Drawing Prizes: Each Monthly Drawing in the Sweepstakes consists of the awarding of one (1) Grand Prize and three (3) First Prizes. Each Grand Prize consists
of one (1) iPad® Mini 16GB WiFi and a selection of five (5) Blu-ray™ Combo Packs with Ultraviolet. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is $504. Each First Prize consists of a selection of five (5) Blu-ray™ Combo Packs with UltraViolet. Note: specific Blu-ray™ Combo Packs with Ultraviolet awarded are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. ARV of each First Prize is $175. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in each Drawing is $1,029. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $2,058.
Threshold Promotion Prizes: Each day during the Sweepstakes a random selection will be completed from among all eligible Entrants who have on that specific day, either achieved a cumulative score of 850 Entries by completing a sufficient number of Specific Actions (detailed above) or have submitted a Threshold Promotion Entry via the mail-in option detailed above. Note: Entrants not selected as a Threshold Promotion Prize winner will automatically be awarded 500-Point Entries.

Entries that are not selected as a winner in a specific Monthly Drawing WILL NOT remain eligible for subsequent Monthly Drawing, if any.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia ("Eligibility Area"), who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Winners will be notified by email within three (3) days of the applicable Drawing.
