Giveaway begins on April 30th, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 7th, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Limit: You may enter one (1) time during each calendar day of the Promotion Period (12:00 a.m. - 12:00:00 p.m. ET). Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Facebook account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one entry during a calendar day by using multiple/different email addresses, Facebook accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
Sponsor will randomly select the potential Giveaway winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around May 8th, 2013. The potential winners will be notified by Sponsor via email within approximately 24 hours of the drawing.
Prizes: There will be a total of 150 (one hundred and fifty) prizes for a total retail value of approximately $3,914:
- 50 (fifty) Grand Prizes - LINDOR gift basket for an approximate retail value of $50 each.
- 100 (one hundred) Second Prizes - LINDOR 5.1oz Milk Bag and LINDOR 9.7 Milk Gift Box, for an approximate retail value of $13.98 each.
Limit: one (1) prize per entrant.
