Sweepstakes starts 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on May 1, 2013, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on July 31, 2013.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada who currently reside in the U.S. or Canada, are at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry (or the legal age of majority in their state of legal residence) and who have a valid, current U.S. or Canadian driver's license and proof of liability insurance.
To enter during the Promotion Period either:
(1) scan the Sweepstakes Quick Response code ("QR® code") at participating "do it for me" oil change retail locations where an opportunity to enter this Sweepstakes is advertised, and then you will be taken to the Sweepstakes mobile entry website where you can complete the Sweepstakes registration process (entrant must have an internet-enabled smart-phone that has a QR code reader installed); or
(2) type the mobile URL http://www.PZLWheelsof
(3) access http://www.pennzoil.co
Limit one (1) Entry per person, regardless of entry method used.
GRAND PRIZE (1): A customized 2013 Dodge® Challenger SRT®. Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP"): USD$55,000/CDN$55,165.
In addition, the Vehicle will be outfitted with a MOPAR Customization Package, personally selected by Tim McGraw. Customization Package Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): up to a total value of USD$10,000/CDN$10,030.
Grand Prize winner will also receive USD$10,000/CDN$10,030 (awarded in the form of a check) to assist in offsetting any taxes with respect to the Vehicle and the Customization Package.
Total ARV of the Grand Prize: USD$75,000/CDN$75,225.
Actual color, style, model, features, elements, and equipment of the base Vehicle and all features, elements and modifications included in the Customization Package will be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different company to outfit the Customization Package. Any depiction of the Vehicle in promotional and advertising materials in connection with the Sweepstakes is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the make or model, or have the same or similar features as the actual prize awarded. Potential Grand Prize winner must possess and provide proof of valid U.S. or Canadian driver's license and proof of valid liability insurance (which insurance must, at a minimum, satisfy the automobile insurance requirements of the Prize winner's state of residence) prior to taking possession of the Vehicle. If Potential Grand Prize winner does not provide such proof of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle, winner automatically forfeits the Prize. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of the Vehicle at a location designated by Sponsor within thirty (30) days of notification that the Vehicle is available. Any upgrades, additional features or equipment, or any other extras requested from the dealership and/or customization company by winner, if applicable and feasible, will be at winner's sole cost and expense.
FIRST PRIZES (40): JBL Tim McGraw On Ear Headphones (ARV: USD$80/CDN$80.24). Total ARV of all First Prizes: USD$3,200/CDN$3,210.
SECOND PRIZES (50): Posters (selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) from Tim McGraw's 2013 "2 Lanes of Freedom" Concert Tour. ARV: USD$5/CDN$5.01 each. Total ARV of all Second Prizes: USD$250/CDN$250.75.
