Open only to persons, who are, as of date of entry, 18 years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize:
[1] a session with a professional photographer selected by Sponsor for a family photo shoot (of up to two hours) at the winner's residence or location of winner's choice near winner's home; photographer to provide photos on a disc for ease of development;
[2] one (1) $2,000 Visa® gift card to use towards a new wardrobe for the photo shoot (based on a family of 4);
[3] one (1) gift card for photo printing at an online photo-printing service selected by Sponsor;
[4] one (1) gift card for a photo book where winner can create a photo book with either hard or soft cover with winner's choice of various backgrounds and pages at an online photo-printing service selected by Sponsor.
