Dunkin’ Donuts SimplyOJDD Sweepstakes ~ 5/4/13 (Twitter)

Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on 5/2/13 and ends at 4:59:59 pm ET on 5/4/13 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, there will be three (3) entry periods, as detailed in the chart below (the "Entry Period(s)").

Open only to legal US residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of their entry.

How To Enter: You must have a non-private Twitter account to enter this Sweepstakes.

Once you have such an account, you must become a follower of @DunkinDonuts [twitter.com]. You must follow @DunkinDonuts throughout the Sweepstakes Period and for at least sixty (60) days thereafter (for potential notification purposes) to participate in the Sweepstakes and be eligible to win. You may unfollow @DunkinDonuts after the sixty (60) day notification period.

To enter, during an applicable Entry Period, tweet a message to @DunkinDonuts which includes the following hashtag #SimplyOJDD and includes your answer to the SimplyOJDD question of the day, which can be found on Twitter during the applicable Entry Period, or in the chart below. The SimplyOJDD question of the day will be different for each Entry Period.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of email address or Twitter account, per Entry Period. Entries will not be carried forward into subsequent Entry Periods' Daily Prize Drawings, as detailed below, if any. For each eligible entry you receive to a Daily Prize Drawing, you will also receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing, as detailed below. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or social media account.

On or about one (1) day after each Entry Period has ended, Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout that Entry Period (each a "Daily Prize Drawing") in order to select two (2) potential daily prize winners. There will be six (6) daily prize winners total (two (2) per Entry Period). Once confirmed, as detailed below, each Daily Prize winner will each receive one (1) fifty dollar ($50) Dunkin' Donuts mGift (awarded as a virtual Dunkin' Card that is sent to either your email address or mobile phone). mGift Terms and Conditions and rules and restrictions apply (visit https://www.dunkindonuts.com/cont...terms.html for details).

On or about one (1) day after the Sweepstakes Period has ended, Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a Grand Prize Random Drawing (the "Grand Prize Drawing") from among all eligible entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period, in order to select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner. There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner total. Once confirmed, as detailed below, the Grand Prize winner will receive a getaway package for Florida for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest that consists of the following:
(a) two (2) airline tickets from the winner's nearest airport;
(b) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor's choice near the destination;
(c) one (1) rental car for two (2) days; and
(d) one (1) check in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500) for the Grand Prize winner which can be used for meals and spending money.
The total ARV of the Grand Prize is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).

The total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is two thousand eight hundred dollars ($2,800). There is a limit of one (1) Daily Prize per person/email address, throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period; however, a winner of a Daily Prize is still eligible to win the Grand Prize.
