Sweepstakes will run during the period commencing at 12:00 AM PT May 3, 2013 and ending at 11:59 PM PT May 12, 2013.
Entrants must be permanent, legal residents of, and must physically reside in, one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry.
HOW TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES: To enter the random drawing for the Grand Prize, and First Prize only, go to www.burnnotices
HOW TO ENTER INSTANT WIN: To play, go to www.burnnotices
Limit one (1) entry per person and email address per day.
GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize Trip awarded to one (1) entrant ("Grand Prize Winner") from all eligible entries consisting of a trip for winner and guest to Miami, FL including the following:
- Two (2) roundtrip coach airfares between the Sponsor's selected major airport near Grand Prize Winner's residence, and a Sponsor's selected major airport near Miami, FL (ARV $800 per),
- three (3) nights of hotel accommodations (double-occupancy room) (ARV $400 per night),
- Burn Notice set visit, and
- five hundred dollars ($500) for transportation and spending money to be awarded as a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner or in such other form as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Total ARV of Grand Prize Trip is three thousand three hundred dollars (ARV $3,300). The winner must be available to travel within the designated time period of July 18, 2013 through July 21, 2013 if they would like to participate in the Burn Notice set visit portion of the prize. If winner is not available for travel on the designated dates, he or she will forfeit the set visit portion of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize travel must be completed by April 30, 2014 or winner forfeits Grand Prize entirely.
FIRST PRIZE: One (1) First Prize consisting of one (1) iPad Mini and a custom case with the Burn Notice Weekends logo (ARV $400). Total ARV for First Prize is four hundred dollars (ARV $400).
INSTANT WINNER PRIZES: A total of thirty (30) Instant Win Prizes will be awarded as follows:
ten (10) mini splashproof boom-box speakers for MP3 players (ARV $23),
ten (10) beach bag and beach towel sets with the Burn Notice Weekends logo (ARV $41), and
ten (10) wayfarer sunglasses (ARV $32).
Total value of all Instant Win Prizes is nine hundred sixty dollars (ARV $960). Only one Instant Win Prize will be awarded to the same entrant.
Total ARV for all prizes is four thousand six hundred sixty dollars (ARV $4,660).
