The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), April 29, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, May 31, 2013
Coca-Cola/Essence Festival Sweeps (the "Promotion") is open only to
legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia) who are 18 years
of age or older at the time of entry.
Limit: 1 Sweepstakes entry and 1 Instant Win Game play per person per day
Sweepstakes Prize: 1 GRAND PRIZE: A trip package for 4 to New Orleans, LA for
the Essence Music Festival, scheduled for July 4 – 7, 2013, but subject to change
(the "Festival"). Prize package consists of round trip, coach-class air transportation
for 4 from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion); round trip ground transportation only between airport and hotel and
hotel and Festival; 3 nights' accommodations at Sponsor's choice of hotel (two
rooms, double occupancy); 4 tickets to the Festival (seat locations to be determined
by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $1,200 that may be used for spending money.
Instant Win Game Prizes:
5 FIRST PRIZES: An electronic tablet, all features determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion. ARV: $329. The ARV of electronic prizes is subject to price fluctuations
in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time
between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the
date the prize is awarded or redeemed.
33 SECOND PRIZES (1 PER DAY): A $100 spa gift card, terms and conditions apply.
ARV: $100.
66 THIRD PRIZES (2 PER DAY): A 12-month subscription to Essence Magazine. ARV:
$20.
165 FOURTH PRIZES (5 PER DAY): A $15 music gift card, terms and conditions apply.
ARV: $15.
