Sweepstakes begins 3:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") May 3, 2013 and ends 11:59 PM ET May 27, 2013.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Limit one (1) Entry per person and per e-mail address.
Grand Prize and Runner-Up Prize winners will be drawn at random from eligible Entries.
Grand Prize (1): $550 gift card that can be redeemed for one CharBroil Performance TRU-Infrared Gas Grill or a substantially similar product; and four 25.4 oz bottles of Welch's Sparkling Juice Cocktail (one each of Strawberry Lemonade, Cherry Limeade, Raspberry Limeade and Mango Passion Fruit).
Runner-Up Prizes (25): four coupons, each redeemable for one free 25.4 oz bottle of Welch's Sparkling Juice Cocktail (any flavor).
