Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on April 29, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on May 26, 2013 ("Promotion Period").

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Two Ways to Enter:

2) Mail-In: During the Promotion Period, to receive one (1) entry without using a Facebook account, neatly hand-print or type your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, daytime telephone number (including area code), email address (optional) on a plain piece of paper and mail in an envelope with proper postage to: Family Play Date Sweepstakes Entry, PO Box 15014, Bridgeport, CT 06673-5014. An eligible person may enter via the Mail-In method as often as he/she wishes, however, each such entry must be mailed separately.

Only one (1) Facebook entry per person and e-mail address will be accepted per day.

Promotion Period will be divided into four (4) individual weekly entry periods (each, a "Weekly Period"), as follows:

Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about June 5, 2013 from among all eligible entries received over the course of the entire Promotion Period.
Weekly Period Drawings: There will be a total of four (4) individual random Weekly Period drawings, one (1) for each Weekly Period for a total of four (4) potential Weekly Prize winners. Weekly Period drawings will be conducted, as outlined in the chart above, throughout the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received during each applicable Weekly Period. Entries received for one (1) Weekly Period drawing will not carry forward to any subsequent Weekly Period drawing, however, all eligible entries will carry forward to the Grand Prize Drawing.

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize package includes all of the following:

A) a seven (7) day/six (6) night trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to a resort located in Port St. Lucie, Florida valued at approximately $7,300. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation between the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the destination city and standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, quadruple occupancy) for six (6) nights;

B) one year's worth of home cleaning services from a national cleaning service awarded in the form of a $2,500 Gift Certificate (cleaning service provider to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);

C) a video camera valued at approximately $150; and

D) four (4) Active Family Project tote bags valued at approximately $50 in total.

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize = $10,000. Trip must be taken by June 5, 2014. In the event Grand Prize winner resides within a 150-mile radius of Port St. Lucie, Florida, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation or other form of transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value.

Four (4) Weekly Prizes; one (1) per Weekly Period:

Week 1 Weekly Prize: A Bike Adventure Prize Pack, which includes:
A) an $800 gift card redeemable at an outdoor sports retailer which may be used towards the purchase of bicycles;
B) a video camera valued at approximately $150; and
C) four (4) Active Family Project tote bags valued at approximately $50.
Total ARV of Week 1 Weekly Prize = $1,000.

Week 2 Weekly Prize: A Camping Adventure Prize Pack, which includes:
A) a $300 gift card redeemable at an outdoor sports retailer which may be used towards the purchase of camping gear;
B) a tent valued at approximately $200;
C) a metal detector valued at approximately $120;
D) a telescope valued at approximately $100;
E) a video camera valued at approximately $150; and
F) four (4) Active Family Project tote bags valued at approximately $50.
Total ARV of Week 2 Weekly Prize = $920.

Week 3 Weekly Prize: A Table Tennis Fun Pack, which includes:
A) an outdoor tennis table valued at approximately $400;
B) a table tennis training robot valued at approximately $100;
C) a supply of ping pong balls valued at approximately $60;
D) table tennis supplies for four (4) valued at approximately $40;
E) a video camera valued at approximately $150; and
F) four (4) Active Family Project tote bags valued at approximately $50.
Total ARV of Week 3 Weekly Prize = $800.

Week 4 Weekly Prize: A Beach Adventure Prize Pack, which includes:
A) a $350 gift card redeemable at an outdoor sports retailer which may be used towards the purchase of swim wear for four (4);
B) a pop-up beach cabana valued at approximately $150;
C) a beach volley ball set valued at approximately $180;
D) a deluxe sand sculpting set valued at approximately $45;
E) a beach bocce set valued at approximately $40;
F) a video camera valued at approximately $150; and
G) four (4) Active Family Project tote bags valued at approximately $50.
Total ARV of Week 4 Weekly Prize =$965.

Total ARV of all prizes = $13,685.
