Each day during the Promotion Period, participants may submit a photo of the packaging/logo of any NESTLÉ® SKINNY COW® candy product or NESTLÉ® SKINNY COW® frozen treats (referred to throughout as "Game Photo") to play the Game. Each valid Game Photo entered is good for one (1) instant win Game Play and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

HOW TO PLAY: Take an original photo of your favorite SKINNY COW® brand packaging/logo as indicated above. Send photo to [email protected] from your computer or mobile phone. If your photo is valid (as discussed below), you will receive a unique link that you will need to click to complete your entry. Once you click the link, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration and play the Game. You MUST click on the unique link and follow the onscreen instructions in order to play the Game.

Packaging/logo of SKINNY COW product must be the main, central focus of Game Photo, but Game Photo may include additional content. You may also obtain a photo of SKINNY COW packaging/logo for free from the internet (e.g., at www.skinnycow.com) and submit as indicated above ("free Game Photo").

INSTANT WIN GAME: Upon clicking on the unique link after submitting your Game Photo, you will be required to enter your date of birth, e-mail, and fill out the registration form (first visit only) before you will be informed if you are a potential instant winner or not ("a Game Play").

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING ENTRY: Entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing for each valid instant win Game Play. See Grand Prize drawing details below.

Two thousand one hundred and thirty-one (2,131) Sweetest Treat Prizes: A box of SKINNY COW candy OR a package of SKINNY COW frozen treats (6-count or less); awarded in the form of a VIP coupon good for one (1) free package, up to $5.00 (total ARV: $5.00 for each Sweetest Treat Prize);

Coupon prizes are awarded at Sponsor's sole discretion. Candy coupons will be awarded to residents of CA, CO, LA, NV, TN, and other states whose dairy discounting regulations restrict or prohibit awarding of an ice cream product coupon.

ARV OF ALL INSTANT WIN PRIZES: up to $151,467.

Grand Prize Drawing Prize: One (1) GRAND PRIZE Winner will receive a ten thousand dollar ($10,000) check to be used towards the cost of one (1) room makeover to create his/her own WoCavé or for any other use. Grand Prize Winner will also receive one (1) of each of the following WoCavé items: pink Mini Freezer, micro-suede "Ottowoman," Memory Board, hammered metal Candy Bowl, WoCavé Wall Decal. In addition, Grand Prize winner will receive five (5) boxes of SKINNY COW candy OR five (5) packages of SKINNY COW frozen treats (6-count or less); awarded in the form of a VIP coupon good for five (5) free packages, up to $5.00 each. Total ARV: $10,604.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: up to $162,071.
