Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 am Central Time ("CT") on May 6, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 pm CT on May 19, 2013.
Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Individuals who have won a prize from the Sponsor (as defined below) within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. Premiere Radio Networks, Inc., a subsidiary owned and operated by Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., (the "Sponsor").

Entries limited to one (1) entry per participant during the Promotion Period.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to attend City of Hope's Celebrity Softball Challenge Presented by Staples in Nashville, Tennessee on June 8, 2013. The trip includes:
- round trip coach airfare for two (2) people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest Nashville, TN,
- two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy),
- two (2) tickets to the Game, and the chance for the winner and his/her guest to stand on the field during one (1) inning of the Game.
Approximate Retail Value: $2,500.00. Travel will take place June 7 – 9, 2013 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits.
