There are two games: Peel 'n' Play and Scrape 'n' Match. Play for both start on May 6, 2013 at 12:00:00 a.m. EDT and end on July 14, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT ("Game Period").
Game is limited to legal residents of Canada and the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, Florida, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Void in excluded jurisdictions and where prohibited by law. To be eligible to claim a prize, claimant must be of age of majority within their jurisdiction of residence. To be eligible to play, participants must be 13 years of age or older at the beginning of the Game Period. If an participant is 13 years or older but less than the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, then participant shall be considered an eligible minor ("Eligible Minor") whose prize must be claimed by a parent or legal guardian.

Commencing on or around May 6, 2013, guests at participating Tim Hortons locations in Canada may receive one specially marked Tim Hortons 10, 14 or 18 oz iced/frozen drink take-out game cup, while supplies last, with the purchase of any corresponding small (10 oz), medium (14 oz) or large (18 oz) iced/frozen beverage. Commencing on or about May 6, 2013, guests at participating Tim Hortons locations in the USA, specifically the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia, may receive one specially marked Tim Hortons 12, 16, 20 or 32 oz cold drink take-out game cup, while supplies last, with the purchase of any corresponding small (12 oz), small/medium (16 oz), medium/large (20 oz) or large (32 oz) iced/frozen beverage. Free game pieces (PIN Codes) are available; details are below. On the game cup is a label, which contains an alphanumeric code ("PIN Code"). Play your PIN Code and click the button for a chance to win. Each PIN Code may only be used once to play. With each play, participants will also be entered into the Daily Draw for that Day and Grand Prize Draws at the end of the Game Period. Also with each play, participants will earn an Extra Play, which may be played in Scrape 'n' Match.

Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty (7,550): A $25 Tim Card. ARV = $25 CAD/USD each based on currency of winner's country of residence.
(B) Random Draw Prizes:
Daily Prizes: Seventy (70): A $1,000 "Cash" Prize. This prize is awarded in the form of a cheque in the currency of the winner's country of residence. ARV = $1,000 CAD/USD each based on currency of winner's country of residence.
Grand Prizes: Ten (10): A $10,000 MasterCard Prepaid card. The MasterCard Prepaid card value of $10,000 will be in the currency of the winner's country of residence. ARV = $10,000 CAD/USD each based on currency of winner's country of residence.
