American Tourister $1000 Packing Spree Contest (Facebook & Pinterest) - 5/20/13

Judging: Beginning on or about May 6, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. ET and continuing until on or about May 23, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. ET ("Judging Period"), all Entries will be judged and ten (10) finalists will be selected by Sponsor and/or its representatives from all eligible Entries received ("Judges"). Judges decisions are final and binding in all respects. All eligible Entries will be judged and scored according to the following criteria: 1) 1-100 points for Creativity); 2) 1-100 points for Use of Color; 3) 1-100 points for Fun; for a total of 300 possible points ("Judging Criteria"). The ten (10) contestants, who received the highest scores, will be deemed a "Finalist" and his/her Pinterest board will advance to the online Public Voting round. In the event of a tie, the contestant who receives the higher score for "Creativity" will be declared a Finalist. In the event of a further tie, the contestant who receives the higher score for "Use of Color" will be declared a Finalist. In the event of a further tie, the Judges, in their sole and absolute discretion, shall choose a Finalist based on an evaluation of which contestant is superior overall taking all Judging Criteria into consideration. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select fewer than ten (10) or no Finalists or extend the Entry Period if an insufficient number of eligible Entries or no eligible Entries are received. Each Finalist will be notified by email and a comment will be posted to his/her Pinterest board of his/her Finalist status on or about May 23, 2013 after 3:00 p.m. ET.

Online Public Voting and Winner Determination: Beginning on May 24, 2013 at 12:01 a.m. ET and continuing until June 2, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Voting Period") each Finalist will have his/her Packing Spree Pinterest Board posted at www.facebook.com/americantourister during the Voting Period in order for members of the general public, including the contestant, ("Voters") to vote. Voters must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of May 24, 2013 and current legal residents of one of the fifty (50) states of the U.S., or D.C. Voters will vote based upon the following criteria: 1) Creativity); 2) Use of Color; and 3) Fun. Limit one (1) vote per day per Voter during the Contest Period. Each contestant may vote for his/her own Entry and can invite and encourage their friends to vote for their Entry. All votes must be received by June 2, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Any attempted form of voting other than as described herein shall be null and void. In the event of a tie, the Judges will re-score the ties Entries based on an evaluation of which Entry is superior overall taking all categories into consideration. The Finalist receiving the highest number of votes during the Voting Period based on the above Judging Criteria, will be deemed the winner of the Contest subject to verification of winner status, eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
