You must be a resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) or Canada. You must also be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

begin at 12:01am (EST) on May 1, 2013, and end at 11:59pm (EST) on May 31, 2013 (the "Giveaway Period").

PRIZE(S) -There will be one (1) Giveaway Winner in total. The Giveaway Winner will receive one (1) Grand Prize comprised of three (3) separate parts.

Part #1 - SWMG will provide the Grand Prize Winner with One-Thousand Dollars (USD $1,000.00) worth of Spa & Wellness Gift Cards. Note: SPA & WELLNESS Gift Cards may only be redeemed at spas/salons participating in SWMG's Gift Card Program. A list of spas/salons participating in SWMG's Gift Card Program can be found in the Directory located on http://www.spaweek.com/spa-gift-cards/howtouse/.

Part #2 – STM will provide the Grand Prize Winner with Two Thousand (2,000) SniqueAway Credits ("Credits"). Winner may redeem Credits towards a stay at any property listed on SniqueAway's Website (www.SniqueAway.com).

Part #3 – SHQ will provide the Grand Prize Winner with One Thousand Dollars (USD $1,000.00) in Shoptiques.com Gift Cards. Winner may redeem gift cards towards any products featured on Shoptiques' Website (www.Shoptiques.com).

Approximate Total Retail Value ("TRV") of the Prize: USD $4,000.00. NOTE: Airfare, taxes, service charges and gratuities are not included.
