Only one (1) entry per person

You must be a resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.). You must also be tweny-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

begin at 12:01am (EST) on May 1, 2013, and end at 11:59pm (EST) on May 31, 2013 (the "Giveaway Period").

PRIZE(S) - There will be twelve (11) Giveaway Winners in total: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and Ten (10) Second Prize Winners.

GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Prize Package comprised of two (2) separate parts.

Part #1 – St. Martin's Press will provide the Grand Prize Winner with the following, collectively Part #1 of the Grand Prize: (a) one (1) two hundred dollar (USD $200.00) Visa Gift Card; (b) four (4) signed copies of the book Ladies Night by Mary Kay Andrews;

Part #2 – SWMG will provide the Grand Prize Winner four (4) Fifty Dollar (USD $50.00) Spa & Wellness Gift Cards for the Winner and three (3) guests ($200.00USD worth of Spa & Wellness Gift Cards in Total). Note: SPA & WELLNESS Gift Cards may only be redeemed at spas/salons participating in SWMG's Gift Card Program. A list of spas/salons participating in SWMG's Gift Card Program can be found in the Directory located on http://www.spaweek.com/spa-gift-cards/howtouse/.

Approximate Total Retail Value ("TRV") of the Grand Prize: USD $508.00.

SECOND PRIZE

Ten (10) Second Prize Winners will receive the following from St. Martin's Press: (a) one (1) signed copy four (4) signed copies of the book Ladies Night by Mary Kay Andrews
