Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for Winner and one (1) guest (the "Guest") to the 2013 CMT Music Awards in Nashville, TN (the "Event") currently contemplated to take place between June 4, 2013 and June 6, 2013, dates non-negotiable but subject to change in VMN's sole discretion. Although all entrants must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, if Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be Guest. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major gateway airport of Administrator's choice nearest Winner's primary residence (as determined by VMN in its sole discretion) to Nashville, TN. Administrator reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Winner resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Nashville, TN; (ii) two (2) nights' hotel accommodations at a Nashville hotel which shall be one room (double occupancy) (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) $250.00 (two hundred and fifty dollar) value Music Fantasy Getaway Swag Bag, contents of which shall be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion); (iv) a $1,000.00 (one thousand dollar) value Music Fantasy Activity/Tour/Shopping Allowance determined by Administrator in its sole discretion); (v) Two (2) tickets to the 2013 CMT Music Awards Show; (vi) Two (2) passes to the fan-viewing section of the Red Carpet Pre-Show; (vii) roundtrip ground transportation for Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Nashville, TN as well as to/from the 2013 CMT Music Awards Show; (viii) VIP lunch at The Palm Restaurant with other guests for Winner and Guest on the day of the Event; (ix) all taxes related to the foregoing hotel accommodations and air transportation; collectively (the "Prize"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize is $3,999.00 and is subject to change based on current market conditions at time of Prize fulfillment and the time and the distance of travel. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded.
