Giveaway begins on April 3, 2013, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 5, 2013, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
Facebook users who LIKE the Bali Page, who complete all required fields of the entry form on the Beauty by Bali Giveaway application, who are legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia and who are age 18 or older at the time of entry are eligible to participate.

Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address throughout the entire Promotional Period.
Prizes: There will be a total of seven (7) winners in this Giveaway, selected in random drawings held approximately every two weeks from among all eligible entries received as of the date specified for each drawing. The first drawing will be held on or about April 15, 2013, from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 12, 2013. The second drawing will be held on or about April 29, 2013, from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 26, 2013. The third drawing will be held on or about May 13, 2013, from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 10, 2013. The fourth drawing will be held on or about May 27, 2013, from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 24, 2013. The fifth drawing will be held on or about June 10, 2013, from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 7, 2013. The sixth drawing will be held on or about June 24, 2013, from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 21, 2013. The seventh and final drawing will be held on or about July 8, 2013, from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 5, 2013. Non-winning entries carry forward and will be included in subsequent drawings.
Each winner will receive a Beauty by Bali wardrobe consisting of one (1) bra, one (1) panty and one (1) shapewear item. Approximate retail value of each prize is $66.
Total value of all prizes is $462. Bras are available in sizes ranging from 36C to 42DDD. Panties and shapewear are available in sizes M-2XL. Garment styles and colors are at the sole discretion of Sponsor and are subject to availability. Sponsor expects to be able to honor size requests within the established size ranges, however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different size for a requested size if a requested size is not available in any Beauty by Bali style for any reason. Limit of one (1) prize per person/email address.
