The Mike's Memorial Day Instant-Win Promotion ("Promotion") begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on May 8, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on June 18, 2013.

(1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a trip for (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada. Prize consists of round-trip air transportation, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for (2) consecutive nights (a Friday and Saturday night), $500 cash (awarded to the winner in the form of a check), ground transportation to/from airport and hotel in Las Vegas, dinner (at a restaurant of Sponsor's selection), private gaming lessons, pool cabana for Saturday, and (2) passes to a show/concert with a "meet and greet" with talent backstage. Travel must be completed by August 29, 2013.

Instant Win Prizes:
Thirty Six (36) First Prize winners (six [6] per Week) will each be awarded a Leisure Jacket. ARV: $256.58 each.
Thirty Six (36) Second Prize winners (six [6] per Week) will each be awarded a Slot Machine Refrigerator. ARV: $147.52 each.
Two Hundred Forty (240) Third Prize winners (forty [40] per Week) will each be awarded a Poker Set. ARV: $62.71 each.
