Carter’s 100,000 Ways To Celebrate Moms Sweepstakes & IWG ~ 6/3/13 (facebook)

Pomotion begins on May 3, 2013 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 3, 2013 at 11:59:59 AM ET.

Entrants must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico, satisfy the definition of a "Mother" and be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
For purposes of this Promotion, a "Mother" is defined as a person who has played the role of a mother in rearing, supporting, caring for or loving a child.

To Register for the Promotion: "Like" the Carter's facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/carters), enter through the Celebrate Moms tab - https://apps.facebook.com/cartersmothersday/

Entrants wishing to participate on a supported mobile device must log on to www.carters.prizelogic.com, login using his/her Facebook credentials and accept the requested Facebook Permissions. If the entrant does not already "Like" the Page, he/she must first "Like" the Page.

Once on the promotion, each entrant must enter their email address and click "CONTINUE". If it is an entrant's first time entering the Promotion, the entrant must register by entering the information requested on the registration form.

After registering, the entrant will receive instructions on how to upload a photograph of the entrant along with the child or children for whom he/she has played the role of a mother, and may include the rest of his/her family; a title for the photograph; and brief essay (400 characters maximum, and at least 10 words minimum) describing the benefits of playing the role of a mother.

To Play the Instant Win Game: During the Promotion Period, after registering for the Promotion and uploading a Submission (or after registering and electing not to upload a Submission), the entrant must follow the on-screen instructions to obtain one (1) Instant Win Game play.

Limit one (1) Game Play per entrant per day.

To Enter the Sweepstakes: During the Promotion Period, there are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

i. Online: An entrant who registers for the Promotion and successfully submits a valid and approved Submission into the Promotion will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. The Submission must be approved by Sponsor to be eligible to receive a Sweepstakes Entry.

ii. Alternative Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, without entering a Submission, an eligible entrant may receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry by legibly writing his/her name, complete street address, and valid email address on a properly stamped 3½" x 5" postal card and mailing it, postmarked no later than June 3, 2013 and received by June 17, 2013, to: The Carter's 100,000 Ways To Celebrate Moms Sweepstakes, AMOE Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. NOTE: Alternative method of entry requests that are sent in an envelope rather than being written and sent on a properly stamped 3½"x 5" postal card will not be processed and will not be eligible to receive a Sweepstakes Entry.

Regardless of the method of entry used to receive a Sweepstakes Entry, there is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per entrant during the entire Promotion Period. Limit one (1) approved Submission into the Promotion per entrant during the entire Promotion Period.

In the event that a household enters the Promotion using more than five (5) unique e-mail addresses, all of the Game Plays and Sweepstakes entries associated with that household (determined by Sponsor or Administrator in its sole discretion) will be disqualified.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: On or about June 18, 2013, Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner, ten (10) potential Sweepstakes First Prize Winners and ninety (90) potentials Sweepstakes Second Prize Winners from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Period.

Instant Prizes: The following Instant Prizes will be available during the Promotion Period:

Limit: One (1) Instant Prize per entrant for the entire Promotion Period. An Instant Winner may also win the Sweepstakes Prize.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will receive One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Sweepstakes Winner and a $5,000 Carter's gift card. ARV of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($105,000).

Sweepstakes First Prize (10): Ten (10) Sweepstakes First Prize Winners will each receive a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) Visa® Gift Card. ARV of each Sweepstakes First Prize is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) and total ARV of all Sweepstakes First Prizes is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).

Sweepstakes Second Prize (90): Ninety (90) Sweepstakes Second Prize Winners will each receive a One Hundred Dollar ($100) Carter's Gift Card. ARV of each Sweepstakes Second Prize is One Hundred Dollars ($100) and the total ARV of all Sweepstakes Second Prizes is Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000).

Total ARV of all prizes available in the Promotion is One Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($129,300).
