There is no limit to the number of times a person may submit an online entry form to win, but a person may be a Prize winner only once.
The Promotion is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older who reside in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Persons are eligible to win a prize in a Promotion conducted by any CBS Radio Boston radio station only once every thirty (30) days and only once every six (6) months if the prize is valued over $600. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any CBS Radio Boston radio station promotion. CBS Radio Boston Stations are WODS 103.3 FM, 104.1 WBMX FM, 98.5 The Sports Hub, 100.7 WZLX FM and WBZ AM 1030.
Each winner may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification and must provide their complete address, date of birth and phone number to claim a prize.
Three (3) Prizes will be awarded in this Promotion. Each Prize consists of one (1) Apple® iPad® (mini) mobile digital device (32GB with Wi-Fi). Approximate Retail Value of each Prize is $479.
Three (3) potential Prize winners will be selected at approximately 12:00pm ET on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 in a random drawing of all eligible online entries received. Potential Prize winners will be notified of winning by telephone immediately following the random drawing.
