Timing. The Contest begins March 10, 2013 and ends December 31, 2013 ("Promotion Period"). One (1) iPad winner will be randomly selected on the first business day of each month in the promotion period at 10 AM EST starting March 10, 2013 for a total of ten (10) iPad winners.
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), and to those residents eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the entry date. Winners must be able to pick up their prize from The Avenue location closest to their home or work address.
One entry per email address, which will be valid throughout the promotion period.
A third party will randomly select a monthly winner from all eligible entries. The Avenue will attempt to contact the winner of the monthly prize via email at approximately 10 AM EST on the first business day of each month during the promotional period. Winner must claim prize by responding to the email within 10 days of being contacted or otherwise forfeit. At that time, The Avenue reserves the right to distribute the prize to another party. Winners must be able to pick up their prize from The Avenue location closest to their home or work address.
