Prize: (1 winner) A prize package for winner and one guest in Chicago, Illinois, consisting of a $500 voucher for 2-nights standard hotel accommodations at Hampton Inn Chicago Downtown (one room, double occupancy); two tickets for premium seats to see the Blue Man Group; two tickets to the Shedd Aquarium; $250 voucher for Dinner for two at Ruth's Chris Steak House; $500 voucher for Limo ride to and from the Blue Man Group show from Limo Bank; and a $500 gift card that can be used for transportation to/from destination (ARV $1,997)

Prize must be redeemed by July 15, 2014, or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Blackout dates for all prize components are November 25 - 30, 2013; December 18, 2013-January 4, 2014; February 13-16, 2014; April 10-20, 2014; restrictions may apply. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. In the event that a prize component is not available for any reason, the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Actual value of hotel accommodations may vary based on existing rates at the time of travel and booking. If actual value is less than stated ARV, neither the difference in value nor any additional compensation will be awarded. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining any necessary documentation (e.g. valid photo ID, passport, visa) prior to travel. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner, and must complete a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must complete and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. All reservations must be made through Sponsor's agent in its sole discretion. The trip may not be combined with any other offer. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including without limitation transportation, additional meals, souvenirs, luggage fees, incidentals, activities and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner. Released Parties (as defined below) disclaim all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any prize (or portion thereof) accepted by winner.
